Reservations

If you would like to take a helicopter tour or custom flight, please complete the following reservation request form. We make reservations for Saturdays and Sundays for our designated flights and will work with you to arrange custom flights during the week. We will contact you by phone or email to establish a specific flight time and to get payment information. We require a credit card number to hold a reservation and we will ask you for this when we call you. Completing this form will greatly simplify the reservation process.

Weight restrictions apply on all of our flights. For flight safety, weights will be verified at the office.Please provide accurate weight information.

Cancellation Policy

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. You may cancel your flight with no obligations by notifying us at least 24 hours before your tour is scheduled to depart. "No-shows" and reservations cancelled within the 24-hour period before the scheduled flight time are subject to full charges.
